 Training Workshops in conjunction with CWG Conferences

eSpline has presented several 2-Day training workshops after the North American and European CWG Conferences.  Both a Basic VC Modeling and a Advanced VC Modeling are among the workshops.  We have also offered an 2-Day IPC Technical workshop (no longer available). The Basic VC Modeling workshop is oriented to the novice user and has been offered at the 2007 through 2014 Marco Island Conferences.  More Information...

eSpline introduced training for CWG attendees immediately after the 2007 North American Conference in Marco Island and continued that precedent in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 after both the European and North American conferences.   At the time, we were the exclusive provider of IPC 5.0 Training and now offer a unique training workshop oriented toward Advanced VC Modeling techniques.  These workshops are each offered along with the Basic VC Modeling Workshop after the CWG Conferences when there is adequate demand.

 SAP CWG LinkedIn Groups

Don Cochran created and maintains the SAP Configuration Workgroup (CWG) LinkedIn Group and the Chapter LinkedIn groups for South Germany, Wisconsin, Twin Cities, Carolinas, Texas and Australia. The SAP CWG Group has nearly 700 members and is a good place to network with other VC, IPC and SAP CPQ professionals.

CWG Sandbox

eSpline contines hosting and supporting the worldwide community of SAP VC and IPC modelers and recently added SAP CRM for the CWG SAP ERP 6.0 and CRM 7.0 Sandbox system and its supporting infrastructure. 

In his past position of CWG VP and President of the CWG, an eSpline partner was one of the primary driving forces behind the implementation of the CWG portal, which has turned out to be an invaluable tool widely used by CWG members.

With the CWG Sandbox, eSpline is making a continued investment and commitment to best in class collaboration tools for the SAP VC community at large and is thrilled by the positive response received from CWG members.eSpline provides an easy to use software tool to upload SAP VC models to the CWG Sandbox.

CWG Board Participation

eSpline partner Don Cochran was the CWG President from April 2010 to May 2011 and was a very active member of the CWG Board of Directors for 5 years and was the driving force for creation of CWG Chapters, the Marketing Committee, a Community Committee to work directly with America's SAP User Group (ASUG), a Membership Committee and the reintroduction of SIG/Focus Group Committee.   Don participated as the Leader of the Marketing and Chapter Committees.  He also initiated a much closer partnership with the Americas SAP Users Group (ASUG).

eSpline continues to contribute to the conferences with innovative software for SAP users and many presentations in the past three years and all these presentations are available at the CWG website.
