eSpline is a SAP partner and has been partnering with SAP since eSpline's inception early in 2007.  We have long lasting ties to SAP devlopment and product managers that precede the formation of eSpline. All of our consultants have expert and SME experience with SAP's VC, IPC and CPQ solutions and have implemented all of SAP's CPQ solutions with either assistance of a  consulting resource to build models or to advise on best practices or guide or manage projects that involve end to end greenfield implementation.

We frequently have been engaged to help SAP customers evaluate the benefits of implementing SAP CPQ solutions with a Proof of Concept (PoC) on the customer's product(s) to determine a direction and use of the SAP VC solution as a start in their journey with SAP configurators.

eSpline has also developed software tools specifically for SAP customers using VC / IPC / CPQ that improve productivity and add governance to the CPQ model change process with model Comparisons, Documenting a model and its logic and providing tools to Archive models and SAP VC / IPC / CPQ or from a PoC to determine if the SAP VC solution is a good fit

Tacton CPQ for SAP

eSpline provides Tacton with a variety of software solutions for their SAP customers including a capability to extract their customer's SAP Variant Configurator or IPC knowledge bases, parses the data and converts the Kb into XML for interpretation and integration purposes.  Tacton also uses an eSpline bi-directional solution for their SAP customers that will map a Tacton quote, order or contract and update SAP SD.  For example, if a sales order is created in Tacton and then sent to SAP ECC, the SAP order number is returned to Tacton for reference purposes.  If changes are made to the sales order in Tacton, the corresponding order in SAP is also changed.  These eSpline solutions are both avaiable using MuleSoft and Apache Camel as middleware platforms. 

eSpline is also working closely with Tacton and with their SAP customers for assisting in the interpretation of CPQ rule patterns so that the customer's investment in the SAP configurator can be leveraged and minimize dual maintenance in Tacton and SAP.  For more information about this capabiliy Contact Us.
